START YOUR DAY IN LOVE AND BLISS WITH A MORNING CONNECTION CACAO CEREMONY AT A BEACHFRONT LOCATION

If you feel the call to join, here is what you can expect from our Connection Cacao Ceremony:
•Heart opening, guided Cacao Ceremony
•Beautiful ocean front location (this event is outdoors)
•Morning breath, and light stretching practice
•Meaningful conversation and likeminded connection
•A safe and comfortable environment in which you can feel free and vulnerable to be your authentic self
•Optional cold water immersion after ceremony
Provided materials include: yoga mats, blankets, pillows
All you need to bring is yourself, and if you have a journal you would like to use that would also be helpful. Water will be available but if you’d like to bring your own water bottle then please do.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in! Alot of ladies love to show up in their dressing gowns. And I will email more information in the days leading up to our ceremony.

IMPORTANT NOTES: If you are on antidepressant medication, or have a heart condition, Cacao may not be recommended for you. Although you can still enjoy the ceremony without Cacao! please contact Eva at eva@inspirationstation.nz before purchasing tickets if you’d like to know more or ask any questions.
