END YOUR DAY BEING HELD IN SACRED CEREMONY AND ENJOYING MEANINGFUL CONNECTIONS

This is my final event for the year! A beautiful way to end our year together. If you feel the call to join, here is what you can expect from our Connection Cacao Ceremony:
•Heart opening, guided Cacao Ceremony. Be taken on a journey through time as we connect with the history and stories of Mama Cacao, and then be held through a guided connecting ceremony
•Meaningful conversation and likeminded connection
•Embodiment/Connection practices and activities
•Grounding snacks to finish with
•A safe and comfortable container in which you can feel free and vulnerable to be your authentic self
Provided materials include: yoga mats, blankets, pillows
All you need to bring is yourself, and if you have a journal you would like to use that would also be helpful. Water will be available but if you’d like to bring your own water bottle then please do.
IMPORTANT NOTES: If you are on antidepressant medication, or have a heart condition, Cacao may not be recommended for you. Although you can still enjoy the ceremony without Cacao! please contact Eva at eva@inspirationstation.nz before purchasing tickets if you’d like to know more or ask any questions.
